Students are renowned to struggle with their finances. To help, we created a wearable device which pairs with a phone app that give active feedback when making a purchace.
Research
From a survey asking 18-25yr olds we found that they are Poor at managing their money. They struggle with a structure to their spending, impulse buys, and consequently they are unable to save.
Concept
Creating a wristband that one can pay contactless, gives you an indication on how much you have left for your budget and a GPS tracker so you can see where you paid for these items.
First Funds App
The Wristband pairs with an the App that allows you to set budgeting pots on snacks, leisure and savings. A place to hold all of your coupon cards. Also map to see where there are the best deals going on near you.
